    Ticket Sale Information

  • The tickets are each good for one Clean Wash.

  • The Charity can buy tickets in blocks of 50 to 500.

  • The cost of the tickets to the Charity is $2.00 each.

  • Tickets can be mailed to you for an additional charge of $8.00 or tickets can be picked up by appointment at 19171 144th Avenue, N.E., Woodinville, WA 98072.

  • The recommended resale price of the tickets is $6-8 each.

  • Tickets may not be sold for less than $5.00 each. • The tickets expire 12 months from date of issue.

    • Payment

    The tickets must be purchased in advance using a credit card, certified check, or money order.

  • Payment via credit card can be made by calling 425.949.2085.

  • Certified Checks/Money Orders.

    • Payment via certified check or money order should be made payable to Woodinville Way L.L.C. and sent to the following address:

    Proceeds

    The Charity is responsible for collecting all proceeds from the resale of the charity car wish tickets and is responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws, rules, and regulations.

    Unsold Tickets

  • Unsold tickets can be redeemed less a 0.25 cent restocking fee for $1.75 per ticket.

  • Tickets must be returned for refund.

  • Lost or stolen tickets will not be refunded.

    • Marketing Kit

    Clean Planet Car Wash can provide the Charity with a banner. Lost or damaged banners will incur a $70 replacement fee. The banner is available on orders of 300 or more tickets. Banners can be checked out for 30 days. Organizations keeping banners beyond 60 days will automatically be charged and incur the $70 replacement fee. If more time is needed, contact Clean Planet Car Wash to make arrangements.

    Restrictions

  • The charity wash tickets will not be sold within 500 feet of Clean Planet Car Wash.

  • The charity wash tickets will not be sold or advertised on-line.

  • The charity wash tickets will not be used for personal use, donated, or given away.

    • The Clean Planet Car Wash agreement must be signed to participate in the Charity Car Wash Program. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your application and receive your tickets. Tickets are not valid for large commercial vehicles, fleets or oversized vehicles, as they will not fit in the automatic car wash.
